Wolves features a series of porcelain objects repositioned over and over again. Each installation explores themes of reoccurrence and repetition.

I created this series of sculptures, photographs, and video in partnership with public arts organizations, including the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (Governors Island, NY), Arctic Circle Residency (Svalbard, Norway), and Art+Law Residency (New York, NY).

Pack of Gray Standing Wolf (and fawn), 2010, Found object, Dimensions vary
Based on a kaleidoscope design taken from Busby Berkeley films. Berkely’s productions featured epic displays of women arranged in complex geometric patterns. Showgirls, synchronized swimmers and props all functioned as fantasy elements in spectacle-driven performances. The wolves perform in a similar manner, while the fawn interrupts this homogeneity.
